At BellaChloeApollo Studio, every ceramic piece is conceived as a small work of art. From initial clay selection to hand-throwing, carving, glazing, and high-temperature firing, each step is guided by the hands and experience of our artisans. Our collections of mugs, cups, plates, bowls, and vases are created in small batches, embracing the quiet beauty of imperfection and individuality.
We truly believe you will treasure your handcrafted ceramic piece. However, if your order does not meet your expectations, we are here to support you with a clear, fair, and thoughtful return or exchange process.
All eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To ensure fairness and product integrity, returned items must meet all of the following criteria:

Item remains unused, uninstalled, and unaltered

No chips, cracks, stains, scratches, odors, or signs of use

Returned in original packaging, including inner wrapping, padding, and protective materials

Accompanied by order confirmation or receipt
Because our ceramics are fragile and handcrafted, improper packaging may result in damage during transit and could affect eligibility for a refund.
Understanding Handmade Characteristics
Our ceramics are handcrafted one by one. Subtle differences in shape, glaze tone, brushwork, texture, or kiln effects are natural results of artisanal production and should be appreciated as part of the design language.
These natural variations are not considered defects, but rather the signature of authentic handmade craftsmanship.
Complimentary Returns (United States)
For U.S. orders:

How to Start a Return or Exchange
Step 1 – Contact Our Studio
Email support@bellachloeapollo.store within 15 days of delivery with:

Step 2 – Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide return instructions.
Step 3 – Carefully Repack
Repack the item using original materials. Ensure the piece is fully protected with cushioning on all sides.
Step 4 – Ship Your Return
Send your package following the provided instructions. We recommend using a carrier with tracking.
Step 5 – Inspection & Processing
Once received, please allow 3–7 business days for inspection and processing. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or store credit, based on your preference.
Due to bank processing times, refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear.

If you wish to exchange an item:
