1. What kind of products do you offer?

BellaChloeApollo Studio specializes in original, handcrafted ceramic pieces created in small batches. Our collections include:

  • Plates, bowls, and serving ware

  • Decorative and functional vases

Each piece is individually handmade, glazed, and kiln-fired, making every item unique.


2. Are your ceramics handmade?

Yes. All of our ceramics are handcrafted by skilled artisans.
Because of this process, natural variations in shape, glaze, texture, and color are normal and are considered part of the beauty of handmade ceramics.


3. How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

During this time, we:

  • Inspect each item for quality

  • Carefully package your ceramics

  • Prepare your order for shipment

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


4. How long does shipping take?

We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 6–12 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (when available): 5–8 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or carrier delays.


5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.


6. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and tracking link.

7. What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 15-day return & exchange window for eligible items.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

8. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We sincerely apologize if this happens.

Many of our pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe.
However, due to the handcrafted nature, we recommend:

  • Hand washing

  • Avoiding sudden temperature changes

This helps preserve glaze and finish.


13. Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?

Yes. Many items are eligible for gift wrapping and custom messages.

You can select these options during checkout when available.


14. What if my package is marked delivered but I did not receive it?
